  1. Pretty Awesome! It reminds us to take time for ourselves even if its only for a brief moment.

  2. I need a day off, I seem to be drowning in chores. I could also use some crystals …. Thank you for my Mother’s Day Card… Sorry it’s taken so long yo write or “like”this anyghing…. My head feels full of nothing… a very wierd feeling. Xo

  3. Perhaps a ritual cleansing? A chance to purify before returning to the flames. ๐Ÿ™‚

Like moths, some of us are drawn to the flame, the light and/or the heat. Well said!

  4. beautiful poem of much truth! love this piece my friend!:):) and yes day off for collecing rocks and R&R is very important…ASAP right tt??:) chores are always awaiting and need get done but sometimes can wait;)

  5. Would you still be the poet without the angst? Are you sure you want to lose that? I sometimes wonder what life would look like without some measure of angst. Am I really satisfied with my message, as answering machines are fond of asking? But yes, the form and fixity of a crystal does seem to speak of the beauty of an absolute, the peace of being just what you are. Thanks for being you, and again for sharing.

    1. Thank you David. And as I like to say “I’d rather be full of emotion than void of it”. But I could do without the sound of honking cars and police sirens which seem to be nagging “nah nah nah nah nah!”
